Here's how to order your boxed note cards, greeting cards, and posters from the online catalog of Martin S. Shuer, Photographer by mail, phone, fax, or email.

Please download our Online Ordering Form and print it out. Or click here to fill it out online then print it. Complete the form and then mail, fax, email, or phone us to place your orders. See Contact Us for specific address and phone number information.

For ordering boxed note cards or greeting cards write in the selection numbers in the ten spaces provided. Greeting card selections must include "G" after selection number. Each box may contain any assortment of ten note cards or greeting cards. The cost is $15.00 per box.

For ordering posters, write in the selection number in the space provided and indicate the quantity you want to order of that poster. The cost is $15.00 each for the 16"x20" posters and $20.00 each for the 18"x24" posters.

Add the cost of all items being ordered to determine the Subtotal.

Add 5% Sales tax if order is to be shipped to a Maine address.

Refer to the following table for Shipping/Handling Charges:

*Orders outside U.S. and Canada add $5.00 per order.

Add Total cost and Shipping/Handling Charges to determine Total Due.

Method of Payment: We accept Check, Money Order, MasterCard, or Visa.
Credit card orders via email are not secure transactions.

Shipping Information: Provide Name, Address, Phone, and Email for delivery of order.
Provide secondary address if order is to be sent to your office
or forwarded to someone as a gift.

Standard Delivery: Items will be shipped within three days upon receipt of order via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Please allow five additional business days for delivery.
